Attack on Workers after 2010 Midterms

In the wake of the 2010 mid-term elections the American working class is facing a bipartisan attack against their living standards and incomes. Because of a Republican gain in government, Democrats will be forced to make a great deal of concessions to them. There is no doubt that harming Medicare, Social Security, education; the economy and help for the unemployed, as well as tax breaks for the rich will be on the agenda.

The major Republican heads have scream for an end to so-called big government, their plan is to eliminate all government programs designed to help the poor. At no point will they tackle the largest government bureaucracy of all, the Department of Homeland Security.

Governor Haley Barbour of Mississippi made it the most obvious:

“In state government, we’ve learned to make real cuts, and we hope that will be an example to the new Congress.”

Barak Obama at a press conference has made it clear hat he intends to give the Republicans what they want. In a propaganda move Obama has blamed the Democratic Party for the weak US economy. I believe this to be an attempt to weaken the Democratic Party further, attempting to discourage anyone from voting Democrat in future. Any small perceptible gains for people’s living standards is see as possible only through the Democrats. But now Barak Obama has helped the perception that no change can be brought, discouraging people from even trying to change the system.

Obama also made it clear through innuendo that the Republican party was not to be attacked, that in fact the new so-called hostile element to be faced was China. Obama has been calling for bipartisanship to face the challenge of China to US global hegemony:

“The most important contest we face is not the contest between Democrats and Republicans. In this century, the most important competition we face is between America and our economic competitors around the world.”

What is most notable (and to be expected) is that despite all the anger coming from the Right wing, and defensive talk from Democrats, no one is mentioning wiretapping, assassination of Americans overseas, government spying, illegal wars and FBI raids on peaceful groups. Evidently all the claims against big government by Republicans, Tea Baggers and stateless capitalists don’t include these fascist measures. Instead they merely complain about social assistance and gold standards. It is laughable any of these people can call themselves Libertarian.

Obama exposed himself as a pure lackey of the ruling class in his speech that one swears could have come from Rand Paul himself:

“The reason we’ve got a unparalleled standard of living in the history of the world is because we’ve got a free market that is dynamic and entrepreneurial, and that free market has to be nurtured and cultivated.”

This statement is too believed only by the foolish. The US working class is fascist the lowest living standards in 75 years. Even during this global recession Western Europe with all its restrictions on private capital, still have the highest living standards in the world. A fact constantly ignored and covered up by free market fundamentalists. Barak Obama along with Republican support, and help from the Tea Baggers and supporters of stateless capitalism fools, could quite possibly destroy America in the coming months.
