To the NCP-LC: Criticism of Bad Line is not Rape

In the world of battling ideas, it should be no surprise that some will cry victim to cover up their own weak theory. Far too often people play all kinds of identity politics games. For example, some will play oppression olympics in order to see who is winning in a debate. Anarchists and First Worldist Maoists are particularly guilty of this.

Case in point: a leader of the NCP-LC, Carlos Rivera took exception to my pointing out her opportunistic ideological inconsistency when it comes to supporting oppressed countries. The NCP-LC has made it clear that they are unwilling to support Syria or the DPRK, for real and perceived homophobia. Of course in both cases, they did so as U.S. imperialism was carrying out aggression against them. I brought up their adamant support for Hamas, which is quite homophobic.

When I pointed this out, her reaction was to remove my comment and essentially cry rape. Her reaction was to suggest that I was violating her personal space, a public post anyone can comment on.

carlos ownedCarlos’ suggestion that I was violating her space is false. She blatantly attempted to twist my criticism of here incorrect opportunist line into a sexual assault. I’ve rarely seen anything more cowardly than to suggest someone has committed a sexual crime to cover up to cover up one’s own reactionary pro-imperialist stance. This kind of behaviour has become stock-in-trade for First Worldists attempting to defend their reactionary theory.

Some people refuse to drink from the well, while poisoning it for others.

By no means should this be considered an isolated incident. Carlos is guilty of other nasty behaviour.

The NCP-LC should be recognized for what it is: pro-imperialist opportunism.

“Liberalism is a manifestation of opportunism and conflicts fundamentally with Marxism. It is negative and objectively has the effect of helping the enemy; that is why the enemy welcomes its preservation in our midst. Such being its nature, there should be no place for it in the ranks of the revolution.”

– Mao Zedong, Combat Liberalism, September 7, 1937

  1. Wonderful endless discussion and lipservice by so many shit heads (I recall Lenin ridiculed as they waste reams and reams of paper in their bourgeios style stale prose) that as insults to regular shitheads (or folks who make mistakes but can be tolerated) as the government seems to empower so many where in the problematic rhetorical style of discussions I’d rather not discuss matters as we are pushed towards nihlism manufactured by varied elements for the capitalist state: Why you Jason and many become suspect. After all Communists are only Communists when there is Communist discipline and structure not chaos, bullshit and blah blah blah as capitalism in some sense falls to pieces for regular people but is fortified for the capitalist elite.

    • Haven’t read any Marxism have you? I think the idea of “natural order” form chaos to be nonsense. Even the free market has its propaganda and social controls.

  2. Would you be so kind as to provide instances in which the NCP-LC affirmed or indicated that they unilaterally support the IRM?
